Sam was incredible. She did an amazing job finding us our first home. Not only did she put thought and care into picking our homes, but also gave insight and imparted knowledge on things we had never thought of before. She was with us every step of the way, keeping us in the loop and communicating next steps, paperwork, and any questions we had throughout the process. Our personal situation was arduous and outside the norm. Despite this, Sam kept us in high spirits and maintained a positive attitude until the very successful end. The star rating only goes to 5, but I feel that is quite underselling the amount of stars deserved.

Sam did an amazing job selling our home in LoHi. She came prepared with a strategy and, knowing the neighborhood well, set a great list price. The pictures and website for our home were very professional and top quality. After the first weekend of listing, we had multiple offers and Sam walked us through all of the options to choose the best one for a quick close. The process was seamless from listing to closing. Sam got us more than our asking price at a time when rates jumped higher and the market slowed down from pandemic levels.
